I have an onward connection with Flydubai booked on a separate ticket. Is it possible to tag my bag to my final destination?
Yes, if your connecting flight is within 24 hours, we can tag your bag to your final destination. Please note that this service is subject to handling fees and applicable taxes.
I am traveling with my baby/child. Can I bring a stroller, pushchair, or buggy?
Yes, you can bring one fully collapsible stroller, pushchair, or buggy for free as part of your checked baggage allowance when traveling with a child or infant on the same booking. It must be properly prepared and protected for travel and tagged as checked baggage at the airport check-in desk.
What is a Property Irregularity Report (PIR)?
A PIR (Property Irregularity Report) is provided by the local handling agent upon your arrival when you report delayed or damaged baggage. The unique reference number on the report helps us track your bag and return it to you as quickly as possible.
How will I receive my bag once it has been found?
Once your baggage is located and, where local laws permit, our local handling agent will contact you to arrange delivery, subject to customs clearance. If delivery is not possible, you will be asked to collect your baggage from our local handling agent at the arrival airport.
