Why was I unable to get the lowest fare?

Flydubai fares increase as more seats are sold. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're unable to secure the lowest fare, it means another passenger has booked it before you.

Am I eligible for a refund on my fare?

Unless required by applicable laws, we do not offer cash refunds due to processing costs. However, if you choose to cancel your flight, we will issue a voucher that can be used for future travel with Flydubai.

Does Flydubai issue tickets?

Once your booking is paid for, we will issue an electronic booking confirmation.

Can I select my seat before my flight?

Yes, you can choose and pre-book your seat for an additional cost. The price will depend on the seat you select and will be clearly displayed on the seat map during the booking process.
